12 Days of Christmas – Day 3

We love the guys on Ward 2a (the respiratory ward at the Great North Children’s Hospital) where we spent a few weeks with Evie…so we are delighted to continue to support them during our 12 Days of Christmas!

We popped in to drop off some Team Evie thermos mugs for the parents to use while on the ward with their poorly child. Whether you are a tea or coffee drinker, we all know that in difficult times a cuppa can make all the difference. We can still remember how please we were when we transferred to Ward 2a with Evie from PICU and we were allowed a cup of coffee…it makes all the difference.

It is really important that children, parents and staff are kept safe whilst in hospital though, which is why we donate thermos mugs (to keep the cuppa nice and warm!) with lids on to avoid any spills!

We absolutely love our thermos mugs, they are a dream to drink out of…and to be honest the staff on the ward were gutted they weren’t for them!!

Tune in tomorrow to find out what our donation will be for Day 4 of our 12 Days of Christmas 2019!
